With YouTube Broadcast Yourself and Your Band

By Brett Griffin

Who doesn't use YouTube? It has become one of the most well-known websites to date, which allows anyone from around the world to gain international fame. youtube broadcast yourself is made convenient for you to upload videos of your music, performance, presentation, and anything and everything else in between.

Google, Facebook, and YouTube are the three biggest websites online today. However, there are three things that distinguish YouTube from the other two sites. One, YouTube does not have close competition; there is nothing quite like it.

Google is up against Yahoo! and Bing, although leading the market at a very safe distance, while Facebook, of course, is leading the social network race against Twitter and LinkedIn. YouTube stands alone. It is its own empire with nothing to destroy it.

Not to mention, YouTube can launch your career like it has for so many others. In case you haven't noticed, Justin Bieber is currently the most popular teenager in today's pop culture. He gained his notoriety by using YouTube.

Justin Bieber became well-known for his singing, guitar playing, and hairstyle by displaying all of his attributes on YouTube through the influence of his mom. Bieber was actually discovered by R&B singer Usher, who also got him to sign a recording contract. He was 15.

With 500,000,000 views, Bieber's "Baby" hit a new record with the most views for YouTube. "Bieber Fever" would be nonexistent had it not been for YouTube. Bieber has his mom to thank for showcasing his music and adorable looks with the rest of the world; otherwise he'd be working at a dead-end job and singing for kicks.

There have also been success stories about one's life being changed because of YouTube, but they still maintain humble. For instance, Charice Pempengco, a young Filipino lady, never would have been given the chance to make it to Hollywood otherwise. In fact, she joined several talent shows in the Philippines and did not win in any.

Thanks to a fan that posted a video on YouTube of Charice performing, she is now performing at sold-out shows all around the world because Ellen DeGeneres and Oprah Winfrey viewed her video. She has sung with Celine Dion, David Foster, Andrea Bocelli, Alicia Keys, and David Archuleta, among others. She has even made an appearance in the well-known TV show "Glee."

Third, YouTube is set apart from all other websites out there because they have just about any video you desire available at your convenience, whether it's a popular movie, a homemade video, to full length television shows. You want it, it'll be available. Something very awesome about YouTube is you have the opportunity to not only watch whatever video you want, but to become a part of it, too.

Many believe that the greatest entertainment tool that was ever invented was the TV. YouTube, however, is about to take over the television. With YouTube broadcast yourself in a way that you never could before in a variety of video options made available to you.
