If you are on a tight budget, there are cheap laptops that you can purchase from various sellers. Many times cheaper laptops are refurbished but it does not mean that it's of mediocre quality. Refurbished units simply mean that it was returned to the manufacturer due to a slight defect and then repaired or upgraded by the manufacturer, and resold at a lower cost. There are many cheap laptops for sale, and considering buying one is ideal, especially if you want to save some cash.
