If you use the 10 amp setting on the charger, you can charge your vehicle battery in just three to five hours. What's far more cool is whenever you set the unit to 40 amps, you can fully charge a battery between forty minutes to two and a half hours. And needless to say my favorite function is the 200 amp function that can provide up to 350 amps of power to basically allow you to jump start a car instantly. You can change between six and twelve volts so that you can use this charger to charge up motor bikes and lawn tractors as well.
Another nice feature would be the built in timer so you can charge something for a particular period of time without having to remember to turn it off. While using the timepiece, you won't need to worry about overcharging your batteries. You can also use the Schumacher unit during the winter months, primarily during ultra freezing days when your car will not start up since it can give your car a nice jump start to begin the day.
