Sony has then redesigned a slimmer kind of PS3, which consumes less electricity, has one hard drive that can be upgraded, runs quieter and cooler, and is smaller and lighter than the previous model. They have called it PS3 Slim, and are at the moment the only version in production. One of its features is that it allows the use of a TV remote to control the console by HDMI.
With the numerous PS3 accessories, it is just easy to collect tools that would be needed for PS3 mods. Modifying the controller gives the user the freedom to address their needs and highlight their creativity for a much fun gaming experience. The widely available PS3 accessories are Logitech Cordless Precision, the Logitech Driving Force GT, also, the BD Remote, the Play Station Eye, the wireless DualShock 3 and Sixaxis controllers, and the digital video recorder/PlayTV DVB-T tuner.
