Church growth is one yardstick by which you measure in case you are growing as the entire body of Christ. Here we need to imitate Acts 6:1-4 where the apostles selected 7 men to serve your growing church. Choosing or hiring staff is definitely an exercise regarding faith. Many people believe that they must first acquire the resources and have the idea in place before hiring the staff. But we must transfer faith knowing that Our god is our provider, if we did it in our own strength we'd never have the resources. When God gives the progress He also provides for us the provision. Praise God!
